DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well-trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for each dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed L-shape seating, flat screen TV with Freeview, coffee table and patio doors onto the veranda. There is also an occasional pull-out sofa bed for additional Guests. Maximum 6 Guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill.  The dining area includes free standing table with bench seating and two chairs. 

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, ensuite shower room, bedside tables, overhead storage, vanity area, fitted wardrobe. The Twin bedroom consists of two single beds, overbed storage and small wardrobe. 
D94 can accommodate 6 guests. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied.  Linen can be hired at additional cost. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room consists of a shower, hand basin and toilet. D94 also benefits from an en-suite shower room including, shower, toilet and wash basin.  

HEATING: Double glazing and central heating through out. 

VERANDA: Wrap around veranda complete with patio furniture. D94 also includes a grass and patio area to the side of the accommodation. 

PARKING: D94 has a private driveway to the rear of the property.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 9 to 10 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
