LOUNGE: Open plan, fixed L-Shape seating, TV, coffee table, electric fire and French doors leading onto the veranda. An occasional pull-out bed is fitted for those additional guests. D95 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Well equipped kitchen with full size integrated fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area includes a table, fixed corner seating and 2 stools. 

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms; one master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, vanity area, overhead storage, room for a travel cot and en-suite toilet and sink.
The twin bedroom includes two single beds and small wardrobe. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Family shower room fitted with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Also has separate toilet with hand basin in the master bedroom.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms.

VERANDA: Veranda comes complete with patio furniture and benefits from excellent sea views. There is also a patio area next to the veranda 

PARKING: Own driveway. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 7 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
