DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well-trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for each dog and can be added in the booking process.


LOUNGE: An open plan lounge, with corner seating and stools for extra seating. An electric fire with contemporary surround, flat screen 34" TV; complete with French doors to open on to the veranda. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: A lovely fitted kitchen furnished with full size integrated fridge-freezer, cooker with hob and a combi-microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and four chairs. 


BEDROOMS: Master bedroom comes with fitted wardrobes, overhead shelving, vanity area, bedside tables and a wall-mounted TV. The twin bedrooms are fitted with a single wardrobe, small vanity area with mirror, a bedside table and overhead shelving. The twin beds can be pushed together to form another double. Please note Twin 1 has a wall-mounted TV, but Twin 2 does not.
E16 can accommodate a maximum of six guests. Quilts and pillows are supplied.


BATHROOM & TOILET: The Family bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet, heated towel rail and hand basin. There is also a Master En-suite, that includes a toilet and wash basin.   


HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. E16 also benefits from piped gas so no need to arrange for replacement gas bottles.


VERANDA: Gated veranda comes complete with patio furniture and benefits from partial countryside views. There is also a raised patio area.


PARKING: This property benefits from a private drive for ease of access.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
