DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well-trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for each dog and can be added in the booking process.


LOUNGE: F23 has a great contemporary feel, with corner seating , with integrated occasional pull out bed, electric fire with contemporary surround, 32” flat screen TV and DVD, complete with French doors to open on to the veranda. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: A lovely fitted kitchen furnished with full size integrated fridge freezer, cooker with hob and a microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and four upholstered chairs. 


BEDROOMS: Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The twin bedroom is fitted with a single wardrobe and bedside table. The twin beds can be pushed together to form another double. F23 can accommodate a maximum of six guests as the lounge has an occasional pull out bed. Whilst quilts and pillows are supplied you will be required to bring linen for the beds.


BATHROOM & TOILET: Main bathroom fitted with double shower and hand basin. The caravan benefits from a separate toilet and hand basin.    


HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. F23 also benefits from piped gas so no need to arrange for replacement gas bottles.


VERANDA: Veranda comes complete with patio furniture and benefits from partial countryside views. Please be advised that BBQ's are not permitted on the veranda. 


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
