DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well-trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for each dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with free standing sofa and armchair. French doors on to the veranda, flat screen TV with Freeview, coffee table and electric fireplace. Occasional pull out bed is fitted for those extra guests. G32B can sleep a maximum of 6 Guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a king size bed, vanity area, fitted wardrobe
The twin room includes 2 single beds, small wardrobe and bedside cabinet. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen can be hired at additional cost. G32B can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an additional toilet room, with toilet and wash basin.   

HEATING: G32B has the benefit of full central heating throughout.

VERANDA: Complete with ramped access and patio furniture. 

PARKING: Private drive. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
