LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed seating, coffee table, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. An occasional pull-out sofa bed allows for a maximum of 8 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with bench seating. 

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom has a double bed with overhead storage, a fitted wardrobe, room for a travel cot, vanity area and an en-suite toilet with hand basin. 
The twin bedrooms include 2 twin beds and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 8 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating, radiators throughout and an electric fire in the lounge.  

VERANDA: Veranda with patio furniture. The caravan also benefits with a separate patio and open garden area. 

PARKING: Private drive. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5 to 6 minute walk.
