LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed seating, coffee table,  flat screen 42" TV with Freeview and DVD player. An occasional pull-out sofa bed allows for a maximum of 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with bench seating. 

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom, over bed storage and fitted wardrobe, room for a travel cot and vanity area and en-suite toilet with hand basin. 
Twin Bedrooms: The twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 6 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.  

VERANDA: Veranda with patio furniture. The caravan also benefits with a separate patio and garden area. 

PARKING: Private drive. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5 to 6 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
