LOUNGE: C19 is complete with a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed L-Shaped seating with foldout sprung double bed, smart TV, Free view and DVD player. C19 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include; integrated fridge/freezer, oven & grill, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from fixed corner seating and two stools. 

BEDROOMS: Two well designed bedrooms; one master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, vanity area and en-suite toilet and hand basin. The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and overbed storage. There is also an occasional pull out in the in the lounge.C19 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: C19 benefits from fully fitted shower room with toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom benefits from en-suite toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: C19 has double-glazing and a gas combi-boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: The gated veranda comes complete with patio furniture and has sea views. 

PARKING: Allocated parking.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
