LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed seating, coffee table, 32" flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. There is also an electric fire. An occasional pull-out sofa bed allows for a maximum of 6 guests. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area benefits from free standing dining table with 4 chairs. 


BEDROOMS: Double bedroom, wall-mounted TV, over bed storage; with wardrobes in a conjoined room and radiators. There is also a vanity area and en-suite toilet; with a shower and hand basin. 
Twin Bedroom: The twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds, small vanity area, over bed storage and small fitted wardrobe; with a radiator. Maximum of 6 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.


BATHROOM & TOILET: The Jack-n-Jill bathroom opens to the hallway and Master bedroom. It includes a shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also an additional W/C; with a toilet and hand basin.


HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.


VERANDA & GARDEN: The enclosed patio area of C20 leads to the veranda; with patio seating supplied. Also boasts a grass turfed walkway, as well as dual gated entrance. There is a slight seaview from the veranda.


PARKING: Allocated parking next to the van. 


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5 to 6 minute walk.


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
