KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area benefits from fixed seating with free standing dining table and stools. 

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom, over bed storage and fitted wardrobe, vanity area and en-suite toilet with hand basin. 
Twin Bedrooms: The twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 4 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.
