DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well-trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for each dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Comfortable lounge furnished with fixed L-Shaped seating, 2 stools, flat screen TV, Free view and gas fire. E20 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.  

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include a fridge/freezer, oven & grill, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from a free-standing table with 4 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, a good size double with wardrobe, vanity area, overhead storage and radiator. The twin rooms comprise of two single beds, a single wardrobe, overhead storage and radiator. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: E20 benefits from a fully fitted family shower room with toilet and wash basin. There is also an additional toilet & wash basin. 

HEATING: E20 has double-glazing and central heating system with radiators in all rooms. 

VERANDA: Garden patio area with furniture.

PARKING: Private driveway next to property.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 5 minute walk.
