KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The well-equipped kitchen benefits from a gas hob and oven, stainless steel sink, microwave, and full-size fridge-freezer. The dining area comprises of a free-standing dining table with 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, a good size double with wardrobes, vanity area and radiator. The twin rooms comprise of two single beds, a single wardrobe and radiator. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Fully fitted shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also an additional toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and central heating.
