LOUNGE: Open plan with 2 free standing sofas (one fitted with an occasional pull out for those extra guests), patio doors onto the veranda, sea views, coffee table, electric fire, wall mounted TV with Freeview and DVD player and sofa-bed. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, breakfast bar with stools, full size fridge freezer, gas oven and grill; dishwasher and a combi washer dryer. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.  

BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed, vanity area, room for a travel cot, wall-mounted, TV. The Master has a full ensuite bathroom; with a shower-over-bath, toilet & wash basin. 
The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobe, vanity area and wall-mounted TV. The Twin room also has an ensuite shower room, with shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a pull-out bed in the Lounge.
Maximum of 6 guests. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The Master bedroom ensuite includes a shower, toilet and wash basin. The Twin bedroom ensuite includes a shower, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating.

VERANDA: Veranda with sea views. Patio furniture is supplied.

GRASS AREA: There is an open grass area with a view, with a washing line for those sunny breezy days. Please note there the garden is not enclosed.

PARKING: Private driveway next to the lodge

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 10 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
