LOUNGE: Open plan with a freestanding sofa, armchair with stool, corner chair, patio doors leading to the veranda, partial sea views, coffee table, electric fire and a wall mounted TV with Freeview and DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, built-in microwave, oven and grill; full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.  

BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed and bedside cabinets, vanity area, radiator, fitted wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV. The Master has a full ensuite bathroom; with a shower-over-bath, toilet & wash basin. 
The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds with overhead storage, bedside table, fitted wardrobes, vanity area, radiator and wall-mounted TV. There is also a pull-out bed in the Lounge for additional Guests. Maximum of 6 guests. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. The Master has a shower-over-bath, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating.

VERANDA: Glass front veranda with partial sea views. Patio furniture is supplied.

GRASS AREA: There is an open grass area to the side of the property. Please note  the grassed area is not enclosed.

PARKING: Private driveway next to the lodge

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 6 to 7 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
