KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, breakfast bar, gas oven and grill.  
The dining area includes free standing table, fixed corner seating and chairs.   

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a king size bed, vanity area, usb sockets, smart Tv, en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. 
The lodge has one double room, with two single beds and the third bedroom has 3 single beds in a bunkbed arrangement.  
Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen can be hired at additional cost. PV34 can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Family shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower room, toilet and wash basin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating.

VERANDA: Wrap around veranda with patio furniture and sea views.

PARKING: Private driveway next to the lodge

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5 to 6 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
