KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas oven and grill.  The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.   

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, vanity area, walk in wardrobe, en-suite shower with toilet and wash basin. 
The two additional double rooms each include Double beds, wardrobes bedside cabinets. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen can be hired at additional cost. PV35 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Full size bath, overhead shower, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating.

VERANDA: Wrap around veranda with patio furniture and sea views.

PARKING: Private driveway next to the lodge

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 10 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
