KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, breakfast bar with stools, full size fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The utility room includes extra storage space, sink and washing machine. Dining table with free standing table & 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed, vanity area, room for a travel cot, TV, walk through wardrobe to en-suite shower, toilet & wash basin. 
The second bedroom includes a bunk bed that sleeps 2 and an additional single bed, fitted wardrobe and TV.
Maximum of 7 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower room with toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom en-suite includes a shower, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating.

VERANDA: Veranda with sea views. Patio furniture is supplied.

PARKING: Private driveway next to the lodge

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
