On park, there’s something for everyone: a heated indoor pool with splash zone, soft play, adventure playgrounds, Jurassic-themed adventure golf, and plenty of family-friendly activities and entertainment. Whether you're staying in one of our caravans or luxury lodges the Park has been designed with families in mind.

Exceptional food - indoors or out

Dine in style with incredible food and beautiful views from Pebbles Restaurant. The talented team of chefs work their hardest to craft a menu that caters to everyone’s tastes. Pebbles offers a range of healthy options as well as hearty favourites. If you’ve brought your pet along, they are welcome to join you on the terrace which boasts stunning scenic views of the bay and surrounding landscape. Soft Play Area – Head upstairs in the Three Rocks complex and discover the soft play area — a fun-filled space packed with steps, slides, ramps, bumps, and bridges for little ones to explore and burn off some energy. Ozzie’s Den – At the heart of the fun is Ozzie the Otter’s Kids Club in Ozzie’s Den, where children can enjoy endless entertainment under friendly supervision. Joining Ozzie are Captain Scratch, the world’s friendliest pirate, and Pickles the playful parrot. This cheeky trio brings laughter, family shows, and party dances exclusive to Ladram Bay — perfect for keeping young holidaymakers smiling all day long.

The Three Rocks - From live bands to prize bingo, all evening entertainment takes place in the Three Rocks Complex, where you will find Waves Bar and nightspot, Pebbles Restaurant and Pirates Amusements. You can enjoy high-quality entertainment and great food every night of the week. Swimming & The Splash Zone

The Ladram Bay heated indoor swimming pool is ideal for safe family fun, whether you’re enjoying a gentle swim or splashing around with the kids. Outside, little ones will love the multi-activity Splash Zone, filled with fountains, sprays and plenty of water play excitement. Inside, you’ll find an interactive play zone with a slide, full changing facilities, a sauna, steam room, gym, sunny outdoor decking and a handy snack area. There are also exciting Start activities throughout the week—such as Aqua Gliders, Water Walkers and Inflatable Canoes—with small additional charges. Under-3s swim free, and sessions can be booked up to 24 hours in advance at Reception or the pool. Peak prices are £8 for adults and £6 for children, while off-peak sessions are £6 for adults and £4.50 for children, with weekly passes also available.

Ladram Bay is Dog Friendly

Ladram Bay is a wonderful place for a seaside break with your dog, offering a great choice of comfortable dog-friendly holiday homes. With lovely local walks, a fantastic dog play park, and nearby beaches to explore, there’s plenty to keep tails wagging! Favourites include Exmouth’s cosy cove, Sidmouth’s Jacob’s Ladder with its rock pools, and Budleigh Salterton’s eastern end — all perfect for adventures, with only a few seasonal restrictions between 1st May and 30th September. To keep the park enjoyable for everyone, we ask that dogs stay on a lead, wear an ID tag, and that owners tidy up after them. A small pet charge applies, and some areas are dog-free (including The Three Rocks, the swimming pool, the main beach, Pebbles Restaurant and Coast Takeaway), though assistance dogs are always welcome.

The Arcade – Fun for the Whole Family!

Step into the exciting arcade, packed with classic favourites and modern games that kids (big and small!) will love. Challenge friends to air hockey, try your luck on the coin pushers, or test your strength on the punch machines. With ride-on games, fruit machines, racing simulators, poker and Tekken, plus plenty of grab-and-win machines, there’s something for everyone. You’ll also find a family-friendly pool table for a bit of friendly competition. Fully wheelchair and pushchair accessible, the arcade offers non-stop entertainment, rain or shine — perfect for family fun!

Let your little drivers take the wheel with Crazi-Bugz — the ultimate off-road adventure for kids! Set on a scenic clifftop overlooking the stunning Jurassic Coast, this exciting mini driving experience gives young explorers the chance to steer, manoeuvre, and have a blast on a fun-filled course designed just for them. Safe, thrilling, and packed with smiles, it’s the perfect activity for budding adventurers!
