Back on park, there’s something for everyone to enjoy - from heated swimming pools with flumes to a wide range of activities for all ages. Oceans Bar and Restaurant is the heart of the park’s entertainment, hosting everything from family-favourite Cash Bingo to specially produced shows. During the summer months, the Marquee Bar is the perfect spot to relax with a drink (and your pet pooch) as the sun sets, or simply let Oceans Bar and Restaurant take care of the cooking any day of the week, with delicious meals served throughout the day.

Swimming at Lady's Mile

Swimming is a key feature of Lady's Mile, with both indoor and outdoor pools featuring water flumes, splash zones and paddling pools available during the season. Pool access, session times and booking requirements are managed by the park and will require passes (wristbands).

To improve the security of the park a wristband system has been introduced. Visitors to the park are expected to wear wristbands throughout their stay and we would appreciate your co-operation in this matter. If visitors can not show the wristband upon entry to any facility, then entry will be refused. Replacement wristbands can be obtained from reception providing you have the old wristband. Lost wristbands will incur a £5 replacement charge.

Most holiday homes include parking. Please check individual listings for confirmation.

Lady's Mile Park is within half a mile of Dawlish Warren beach, which is within walking distance.

All holiday homes listed on this page are managed by Newmans Holiday Homes. We provide local support, professional cleaning, maintenance and assist before, during and after your stay.

£50 per Holiday Home up to 7 nights

£100 per Holiday Home 7 nights or more

If you have chosen to take out our optional cancellation insurance at the time of booking, this payment will also be due with your deposit.

The final balance is not due until 8 weeks before your holiday start date, but please note that if you make your booking less than 8 weeks before arrival we will require payment in full at the time of booking.

We take security very seriously and so sensitive areas of our website are encrypted using industry standard SSL security to ensure your personal details and payment card information are protected.

We accept most debit and credit cards. However, we are unfortunately unable to accept Diners Club and American Express.

Please note: All terms and conditions will apply once your payment has been processed and your booking is confirmed.

All prices shown on this website include all gas (restrictions can apply), water and electricity. Entertainment passes (wristbands) are required for the use of some or all the facilities and may or may not be included, but can be purchased at an additional charge. Bed linen and fitting are included on selected grades, this will be highlighted in the booking process.

A refundable £100 Care and Respect Bond is taken when you book and returned within 7 days after your stay, as long as everything is left clean and tidy.

You’ll receive your booking confirmation by email once payment is made.
Please note: Full payment is needed if you’re booking within eight weeks of arrival, and we can’t accept cheque payments for the initial deposit.

Lady's Mile provides you and your family with gold standard outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The stunning swimming pools won the Gold Standard Award at the UK Pool and Spa Awards.

A place to have fun and entertain the whole family. In fact, on top of being award-winning, they’re reportedly the warmest pools in the South West too!

There is a shower block next to our outdoor pool with private showers, toilets & sinks. No lockers are available at the outdoor pool, so make sure you leave your valuables in your accommodation. There are plenty of sun loungers available!

The indoor pool has unisex changing rooms with plenty of cubicles, toilets and baby changers, lockers are available (refundable £1 coin) and showers are located on the poolside.

There's also lots of friendly, fully trained lifeguards who are always willing to help!
