One of the secrets behind Lady’s Mile’s success is their commitment to listening to guests and going the extra mile to ensure every stay is truly memorable. They take great pride in offering a wide range of excellent facilities, designed to give you everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

Whether you’re a young family with small children or a couple seeking a peaceful escape, the extensive choice of accommodation, activities and entertainment means you’ll have everything you need right on your doorstep - and plenty of reasons to stay a little longer.

Locally, you can find shopping areas, Go-Karting, Funfair, Mini golf and a number of cafés and bars. Or hop on a GWR train, travel on one of the most famous and beautiful train journeys in the country and visit the iconic city of Exeter or pop down to the world famous English Riviera!

Newmans at Lady's Mile

Lady's Mile is the ultimate destination for a family holiday, just moments from the stunning Blue Flag beach at Dawlish Warren. Enjoy endless fun with indoor and outdoor swimming pools featuring thrilling flumes, exciting play areas, arcades, and a fully equipped fitness centre. There’s plenty of space to relax, play, and make memories together.

Swimming Pools, water activities and flumes

As well as a source of relaxation and exercise for the whole family the Pools at Lady's Mile have extra benefits... Kids, make a splash with the fun-filled Commando Run inflatable sessions, complete with exclusive use of the indoor flume. These lively sessions are perfect for younger swimmers. Held in the indoor swimming pool, it’s the ideal way to add extra excitement to your visit. The swimming pools are fully accessible, including a pool hoist in the indoor swimming pool, larger changing rooms and step-free access from the changing rooms to the pool. The pool hoist can be accessed whenever the pool is open, with no need for prior notice.

Play Areas & Arcade

From the bike pump track and outdoor play area to arcade games and swimming pools, Lady’s Mile is packed with fun for the whole family. The arcade has something for everyone, featuring redemption machines, bowling, crane grabbers, air hockey, video games, and 2p pushers. The outdoor play park is perfect for children aged 2–10, designed to keep little ones entertained while the whole family enjoys some fresh air. Inside, the soft play area is full of excitement with slippery slides, wobbly scramble nets, and tunnels to crawl through - offering a fun distraction for kids while parents relax with a cuppa or a meal. For outdoor adventurers, the bike pump track is a must-try. Safe and purpose-built, it’s ideal for kids, teens, and even adults to ride bikes and scooters away from traffic. Test your speed, try out some tricks, or sharpen your pumping skills. It’s also a fantastic spot to hang out with friends, old and new. Don’t forget your helmet!

Family Play Park

The outdoor play park is perfect for children between the ages of 2 - 10, although it's been designed to keep the whole family amused. In the indoor soft play area, you'll find slippery slides, wobbly scramble nets, and tunnels to crawl through, which provide a welcome distraction for mum and dad whilst they enjoy a cuppa or food orders are prepared. The Pump track

Another addition to the outdoor activities is the pump track, specifically designed for BMXs, Skateboards & Scooters. A fun, safe way for kids, teens and even adults to use their bikes and scooters in safety away from traffic and pedestrians. Time yourself, try some tricks, or hone your pumping skills on this purpose-built track. It's a great place to hang out with friends, old and new, too. Don't forget to wear a helmet! Restaurants & Bars

From tasty snacks to a three-course meal, your food and drink needs are covered. Visit Oceans Restaurant, one of the top-rated Dawlish restaurants on TripAdvisor, located within the beautiful Lady's Mile Holiday Park. Enjoy a delicious meal in this contemporary restaurant, offering a diverse menu and fantastic atmosphere for the whole family. Start the day with a hearty breakfast, pop in for a light lunch or make it a dinner date. On Sundays, you can spend some special family time together at the popular Sunday carvery. So relax and let Oceans Restaurant do all the hard work leaving you to enjoy yourself - you'll never need to leave the park!

The Marquee Bar

In the summer months, the Marquee Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a drink after your dog activity session, watching the kids play or taking in the sunset. The Marquee Bar is pet-friendly! MARQUEE BAR OPENING TIMES: Monday - Friday 5pm - 10pm and Saturday - Sunday 12pm - 10pm. Open from the end of May until the last Saturday of the Devon school holidays (weekends only until the main summer holidays). Please note that marquee bar opening times are always weather dependant.

Dog Walking & Agility Course

The dog field is the ultimate space for your furry friends to enjoy some off-lead exercise and adventure! With the addition of a brand-new agility course, your dog can now climb, weave, and jump their way through some exciting challenges. Whether they're a seasoned pro or just looking to try something new, there's plenty of fun to be had. Please note that while the field is perfect for off-lead play, it is not fully enclosed, so we kindly ask that you supervise your dog at all times. We also ask that you follow our key rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment: • Clean up after your dog and use the bins provided. • Reactive dogs must remain on a lead at all times. • Digging is only allowed in designated areas. • Dogs must be vaccinated and in good health. If you're looking for more outdoor fun, we also recommend exploring the nearby country park for scenic walks and adventures.

On-site Shopping

With the on-site Convenience Store, the Park aims to cater to your immediate needs, ensuring that you have everything necessary for a delightful stay. From everyday essentials to forgotten items, our store is stocked to make your experience convenient and stress-free. For our younger guests, Rocky's Fun Shop is a haven of joy and excitement! Bursting with an array of delightful sweets and an assortment of toys, it's the perfect destination to keep the kids entertained and happy throughout your stay. You'll also find the on-site bakery here... enjoy! The Convenience Store is open Easter to November. Gym & Fitness Centre

Looking for a gym in Dawlish that combines cutting-edge equipment, exclusive membership options, and a welcoming atmosphere? The Lady's Mile Fitness Club is your answer. Whether you're a day visitor or staying at our holiday park, this is your chance to experience fitness like never before. The brand-new equipment includes: • Treadmill • Exercise bike • Rower • Cross trainer • Chest press machine • Low row back machine • Leg curl extension • Standing resistance cable machine • Bench with 1-30 kg neoprene dumbbells We have also partnered with TechnoGym to bring you the latest in fitness technology, including app integration to personalise and track your workouts. Holiday guests, seasonals, and owners can also use our gym facilities free of charge between 10am - 6pm. If they wish to use the facilities outside of these times there is a £5 per day charge. Gym Rules

The Park needs to ensure Lady's Mile Gym will be a comfortable and a friendly environment for all members, so there are a few rules we expect everyone to follow: • Be civilised • Personal hygiene is a consideration • Put weights away after you've used them. Don't drop them or throw them at the wall • Don't share your QR code or App Access with anyone • Take your belongings when you leave Any behaviour that is deemed unsafe or unsavoury will be met with action. The Park offers full support on your fitness journey! + Don't share your gym access (There is CCTV in operation and if you are caught allowing non-members into the Gym, your membership will be suspended until you pay £5.00 day pass for everyone you let in) + Dress for the gym + Be kind to your fellow gym goers + Use the equipment properly + Put your weights away + Personal Hygiene + Be careful with your personal items + Eating and drinking + No unofficial PTs + Report issues quickly
