The Indoor Swimming Pool & Flume

The indoor pool is your go-to for a rainy day burst of movement, a post-gym cool down or a fun-filled activity session for the kids. Younger guests will love the splash zone, packed with sprays, a flume and water-based fun. The indoor pool also has unisex changing rooms with plenty of cubicles, toilets and baby changers, and lockers are available (refundable £1 coin), with showers positioned poolside. We have lots of friendly, fully trained lifeguards who are always willing to help! Customers will need to book their sessions during the school holidays, which are on a first-come-first-served basis. INDOOR POOL AND SPA OPENING TIMES: Subject to booking availability. The swimming pool is fully accessible, including a pool hoist, larger changing rooms and step-free access from the changing rooms to the pool. Our pool hoist is available for the indoor pool and can be accessed whenever the pool is open, with no need for prior notice. Daily swimming slots will be available to book every day from 9.30am. Open 10am-6pm every day.

Feeling fit? - Try the Commando Run!

Make a splash with our fun-filled Commando Run inflatable sessions, complete with exclusive use of the indoor flume. These lively sessions are perfect for younger swimmers and are open to both Lady's Mile guests and day visitors. Held in our indoor swimming pool, it's the ideal way to add extra excitement to your visit. Booking is required and spaces are limited, so we recommend securing your spot early. Don't forget the friendly the fully trained lifeguards are always on guard and willing to help!

The Outdoor Swimming Pool & Flume

Keeping the kids entertained can be a challenge but with the super-heated swimming pools with flumes, we think they will be very happy. This is what the warmer months are made for! Take in the Devon air as you float in the pool or sunbathe on the shore. Or taste the excitement with a larger flume, ideal for the older kids and adults. There is a shower block next to our outdoor pool with private showers, toilets & sinks. No lockers are available at our outdoor pool, so make sure you leave your valuables in your accommodation, or have someone there to watch anything you bring. There are plenty of sun loungers available... and lots of friendly, fully trained lifeguards who are always willing to help! Day visitors

If you have family or friends in the area who would like to join you in the pools, they are welcome. Simply book through the Lady's Mile App prior to their arrival, head straight down to our pool and our friendly lifeguards will check you in. Bookings are restricted during peak times, so be sure to book to avoid disappointment.
