Swimming is a key feature of Oakcliff & its sister Park Lady's Mile, with both indoor and outdoor pools available during the season. Pool access, session times and booking requirements are managed by the park and may require passes.

Oakcliff is located in Dawlish Warren and offers:

Passes

Access to certain on-park facilities on Oakcliff and Lady's Mile, swimming sessions and entertainment may require a Pass, at Oakcliff the pass is in the form of a wristband. These will be allocated to guests on arrival.

 

The wristbands are your responsibility while on holiday at Lady's Mile, they must be left in the holiday home on your departure. There is a £50 charge for any wristband lost.

Yes, selected holiday homes at Oakcliff are pet-friendly. Please check individual accommodation listings for details.

To improve the security of the park a wristband system has been introduced. Visitors to the park are expected to wear wristbands throughout their stay and we would appreciate your co-operation in this matter. If visitors can not show the wristband upon entry to any facility, then entry will be refused. Replacement wristbands can be obtained from reception providing you have the old wristband. Lost wristbands will incur a £5 replacement charge.

Bedding and linen options are clearly shown on each accommodation listing.

Most holiday homes include parking. Please check individual listings for confirmation.

Oakcliff Park is within half a mile from Dawlish Warren beach, which is within easy walking distance.

All holiday homes listed on this page are managed by Newmans Holiday Homes. We provide local support, professional cleaning, maintenance and assist before, during and after your stay.

If you have chosen to take out our optional cancellation insurance at the time of booking, this payment will also be due with your deposit.

The final balance is not due until 8 weeks before your holiday start date, but please note that if you make your booking less than 8 weeks before arrival we will require payment in full at the time of booking.

We take security very seriously and so sensitive areas of our website are encrypted using industry standard SSL security to ensure your personal details and payment card information are protected.

We accept most debit and credit cards. However, we are unfortunately unable to accept Diners Club and American Express.

Please note: All terms and conditions will apply once your payment has been processed and your booking is confirmed.

All prices shown on this website include all gas (restrictions can apply), water and electricity. Entertainment passes (wristbands) are required for the use of some or all the facilities and may or may not be included, but can be purchased at an additional charge. Bed linen and fitting are included on selected grades, this will be highlighted in the booking process.
