KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. Dining area with table and 4 x chairs.

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom, walk-in fitted wardrobe area, vanity area, room for travel cot and en-suite toilet with hand basin. 
Twin Bedroom: The twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds, overhead storage and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 4 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The en-suite in the master bedroom comprises of a toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Central heating with double glazing and an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: Front & side veranda with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Private driveway for 1 vehicle.
