From the Exeter Junction 30 on the M5 from the North take the A379 signposted to Exeter & Dawlish.

Stay in the left hand lane and follow sign to Other traffic & City Centre past IKEA take the second left on the A379 and bear left.

The road will join another dual carriage way (still on the A379).

At the Roundabout continue straight over toward Dawlish. Continue on the A379 dual carriage way over the River Exe at the next roundabout stay left and take the slip road towards Axminster, Kento & Starcross.

Stay on this road (A379) straight over the roundabout towards Kenton and Powderham Castle. Go through Kenton and past the turning for Powderham Castle, the next village will be Starcross (beware speed camera here!). 

After passing through Starcross you will see a golf course on your right, after the golf course the road bends around to the right, take the next left around Cockwood Marina.

Continue on to Dawlish Warren, at the roundabout turn right up the hill.

Oakcliff Reception can be found on the right approximately 500 yards from the roundabout.
