LOUNGE: Plot G is complete with a comfortable lounge furnished with a 2 & 3 seater sofa, TV, Free view and a gas fire.  

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow 1 x well trained dog in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include; integrated full size fridge/freezer, oven & grill, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from a small dining table and two stools. 

BEDROOMS: Two well designed bedrooms; one master bedroom with fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. The twin bedroom includes fitted wardrobe and two single beds.

BATHROOM & TOILET: G benefits from fully fitted shower room with wash basin, toilet and towel rail. 

HEATING: G has double-glazing and central heating. There is also an gas fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: The gated veranda comes complete with patio furniture. 

PARKING: Un-allocated communal parking outside the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 - 4 minutes. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
