LOUNGE: 23 is complete with a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed L-Shaped seating with an occasional pullout bed, TV, Free view and DVD player. 23 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include; integrated fridge/freezer, oven & grill, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from L-Shape bench seating and two stools. 

BEDROOMS: Three well designed bedrooms; one master bedroom with fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. The twin bedrooms include fitted wardrobe and two single beds. There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge. 23 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: 23 benefits from fully fitted shower room with wash basing and towel rail. There is also a separate toilet with wash basin and towel rail. 

HEATING: 23 has double-glazing and central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort, there is also an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: The gated veranda comes complete with patio furniture.
