LOUNGE: Beautifully designed and furnished lounge with access to large veranda through the patio doors. The lounge is spacious with vaulted ceilings and fully equipped with flat screen TV and electric fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen benefits from a oven and grill, gas hob with four rings, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and ample storage. The kitchen also benefits from a 60/40 fridge freezer. The dining area has plenty of natural lighting due to two large side windows and benefits from free standing dining table and chairs.
BEDROOMS: Bedroom one has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobe, wall mounted TV, full en-suite bathroom complete with shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom two benefits from twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is sufficient room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if required.
The lounge sofa has an occasional pull bed for those extra guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET: As previously mentioned the main bedroom is en-suite. The main bathroom has a full-length bath with shower, toilet and basin.
HEATING: C13 has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA: Large front facing veranda with patio furniture supplied.
GARDEN: Enclosed fence garden area.
PARKING: Private drive. Room for two vehicles
NON SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
