DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 270 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.


LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed corner seating, there is  an occasional pull out bed for extra guests; a flat screen freeview TV, electric fire and patio doors that open on to the veranda. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern luxury kitchen which includes a full size integrated fridge/freezer, oven with extractor fan and microwave and items required to cater for the family whilst on holiday. The dining area has free standing dining table & chairs. 


BEDROOMS: 3x beautiful designed bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area, bed side cabinets, room for travel cot and en-suite toilet. The twin room (twin beds can be pushed together to form an additional double) has small fitted wardrobe and over bed storage. 270 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Duvets and pillows are supplied, linen and bed making service are available at an additional cost.


BATHROOM & TOILET: There is a shower room with large shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. There is an en-suite toilet and hand basin to the master bedroom.


HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort


VERANDA/GARDEN:  Large enclosed garden & front facing veranda with ramp access. Patio furniture supplied.


PARKING: Private parking to the side of the accommodation.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7 to 9-minute walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
