DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 406 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.


LOUNGE: Open plan design, freestanding furniture for extra comfort, with flat screen TV and electric fire. French doors lead to a small gated side veranda. 406 can cater to a maximum of 4 guests. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The open plan kitchen is equipped with an island counter and includes a full size cooker, integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The dining area has a freestanding table and chairs for additional comfort.


BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms; the master consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobe, vanity area and radiator; with an ensuite toilet. The twin room includes 2 standard-sized single beds, small fitted wardrobe and heating. 
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking. 


BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. The master bedroom in 406 benefits from an ensuite bathroom, with a shower, toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: Double glazing, fire heater in the lounge and radiators in the bedrooms.


VERANDA/GARDEN:  French doors leading to a small gated side veranda with patio furniture & fenced garden area with patio


PARKING: Allocated parking located close to the accommodation.
