LOUNGE: The comfortable lounge incorporates fixed seating, flat screen TV, Freeview and patio doors leading on to the veranda. The seating also has an occasional pull-out bed for additional guests. Maximum of 8 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The well-appointed kitchen with appliances to include full size integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and cooker. The dining area benefits from bench style seating. 

BEDROOMS: 414 has three bedrooms; one double with fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets, en-suite toilet and wash basin. The two twin bedrooms include small, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. 
Duvets and pillows are supplied as standard. Linen & towels can be added on for an extra cost at the time of booking. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. The accommodation also includes a separate en-suite toilet.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 

VERANDA/GARDEN: Veranda with patio furniture & fenced/ gated garden area.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
