DOG-FRIENDLY: The owner of A9 is happy to allow well trained dogs in to the caravan. Please be advised that an additional charge applies for the dog.

LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed corner seating, arm chair, coffee table, TV with Freeview and DVD player, electric fire and patio doors on to the veranda. A pull-out sofa bed allows for a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven, 5 burner hob and grill.

DINING AREA: Free standing dining table with 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom, king size bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet with wash basin. The twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 6 guests. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

SHOWER ROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating.

GARDEN: Fenced enclosed garden.

VERANDA: Veranda with patio furniture.

PARKING: Allocated parking.
