PRIVIEGE PASSES: Passes are required for access to the complex and swimming pools. These passes are included in the booking price and will be in your accommodation on the day of arrival. For further information, please contact the office.


LOUNGE: The lounge has fixed seating, built in cabinets with flat screen TV, DVD player and electric fire. D2 can cater for a maximum of 6 guests.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer compartment, slow cooker, air fryer and microwave. The dining area comprises of freestanding table and chairs.


BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms. The master consists of a king-sized bed, TV, storage; with radiator and a full ensuite bathroom. The two twin rooms each have 2 single beds, a small fitted wardrobe and heating.
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.


BATHROOM & ENSUITE: The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. D2 also includes a full en-suite bathroom, attached to the master bedroom.


HEATING: Double glazing, electric fire in the lounge and radiators in the bedrooms.


GARDEN: Large fenced concrete and astroturf garden, with patio furniture & umbrella supplied. There is also a 5-bicycle rack.


VERANDA: French doors lead to a gated front facing veranda, with furniture supplied & patio doors lead to a side facing.


PARKING: There is allocated parking nearby.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-DOG FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke/vaping in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note that this unit does not accept pets.
