LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed corner seating, there is an occasional pull out bed for extra guests; a flat screen TV, electric fire and French doors that open on to the veranda.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern luxury kitchen which includes a full size integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven and microwave. The dining area has a freestanding table and 4 chairs.


BEDROOMS: 3 beautiful designed bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area; with mirror. The Master also has an en-suite complete with a toilet and wash basin. The twin rooms each have 2 single beds. a small fitted wardrobe, a bedside table and shelving. D5 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Please note Twin 1 has a wall-mounted TV, whereas Twin 2 does not.
Duvets and pillows are supplied, linen and bed making service are available at an additional cost.


BATHROOM & ENSUITE: There is a shower room with a single shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The Master has an en-suite, with a toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: Double-glazed, an electric fire in the Lounge and radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.


VERANDA: Gated veranda with side walkway. With French door access fro the lounge. Patio furniture supplied.


GARDEN: Large enclosed garden.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON PET-FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not accept pets.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx 7 to 9 minutes walk.


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
