DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of D7 is happy to allow well trained dogs in to the caravan. Please be advised that an additional charge applies for the pet.

LOUNGE: Open plan with large seating. French doors the decking, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Coffee table, electric fireplace, and radiator. Occasional pull-out sofa bed is available for extra guests. Maximum of 8 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is spacious with double bed, vanity area and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom is also includes twin beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, with overhead storage and small wardrobe. The twin room includes 2 single beds, small wardrobe, and bedside cabinet.

Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be hired at additional cost for short breaks.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The caravan also has a separate toilet.

HEATING: Full central heating throughout.

VERANDA: Front facing veranda with patio furniture supplied.

GARDEN: Gated garden.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Location from main amenities; 5-minute walk to RJs, and a 7 to 8-minute walk to the main complex.
