DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of K8 is happy to allow well trained dogs in to the caravan. Please be advised that an additional charge applies for each dog.

LOUNGE: Open plan with sofa and armchair, coffee table and patio doors opening onto the veranda. TV with Free-view and DVD player and gas fireplace. There is also an occasional pull-out bed for those extra guests.

KITCHEN: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. Dishwasher and washing machine.

DINING AREA: Free standing table with 4 free standing chairs.

BEDROOMS: Master bedroom with double bed, Tv, wardrobe, en-suite toilet and wash basin, bedside cabinets. One twin room with 2 single beds and small wardrobe. K8 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

SHOWER ROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. K8 also has a separate toilet and hand basin as an en-suite in the master bedroom.

HEATING: Double glazing and central heating throughout and a gas fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: Front and side facing veranda.

PARKING: Allocated parking.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 5-minute walk.
