DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well-trained dogs in this caravan. An additional charge applies and can be added during the booking process.

LOUNGE: The lounge features ample fixed comfortable sofas in contemporary colours, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere. Amenities include a flat screen TV, DVD player, Freeview and an electric contemporary fireplace. An occasional pull-out bed is provided for additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The well-appointed kitchen includes all the appliances you need, such as a separate fridge and freezer, microwave, hob and cooker. The dining area is spacious and includes bench seating and two stools.

BEDROOMS: There are three bedrooms: one double room with fitted wardrobe and vanity area, and two twin rooms each with two single beds and small fitted wardrobes. The twin beds can be pushed together to form additional doubles. This holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests when using the sofa bed in the lounge.

BATHROOM & TOILET: 116 includes a fully fitted shower room with a full-size shower with glass door, toilet and a wash basin. There is also an additional wash basin and toilet.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating and radiators in every room, allowing comfortable stays throughout the season.

VERANDA & GARDEN: A fenced and gated grassed garden area is included, along with a side veranda featuring a gate and patio furniture.

WI-FI: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges apply and can be added during the booking process.

NON-SMOKING: All of Newman’s holiday homes are privately owned and smoking is strictly forbidden inside at any time. Damage caused through smoking will incur an additional charge.
