DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 35 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan design, fixed corner seating to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with flat screen TV, DVD and electric fire. The lounge includes an occasional pull-out bed. Maximum of 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus stools. 

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms; the master consists of one double and fitted wardrobe with radiator, room for travel cot and en-suite toilet. The twin room includes 2 single beds, small fitted wardrobe and heating. Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The shower room has a shower, toilet, wash basin. 35 also includes a second toilet and wash basin as an en-suite.  

HEATING: Gas fire in the lounge and radiators in the bedrooms.

VERANDA & GARDEN: Fenced garden area & small veranda.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 5 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
