DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 510 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The lounge is furnished with fixed corner seating, 42" TV, Free view and DVD player. Occasional pull-out sofa bed is available for extra guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven with extractor fan and microwave. The dining area has free standing dining table, fixed corner seating and 2 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: 510 has three bedrooms - one Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, vanity area and bed side cabinets, plus room to hire a travel cot. The twin rooms have two single beds, small fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Maximum of 8 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom is fitted with a double shower, hand basin and toilet. 

HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 

VERANDA/GARDEN: The veranda covers the front and side, patio furniture is supplied & fenced garden area.

PARKING: Allocated parking space.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
