DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 601 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: This holiday home offers an open plan design, fixed corner sitting, TV and electric fire. The lounge benefits from an occasional pull-out bed for additional Guests. Maximum 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, integrated fridge and small freezer and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with table and 4 free standing chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms; the master consists of one double and fitted wardrobes and radiator. There is room for a travel cot in from of the wardrobes if required. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a fitted wardrobe and radiator. 601 can accommodate 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also an additional second toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Full central heating system is fitted in all the bedrooms and heated towel rail in bathroom. This unit is also double glazed.

VERANDA/GARDEN: Side enclosed garden with patio area. The caravan also benefits from a side gated veranda with furniture supplied.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
