DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 613 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with a coffee table, freestanding sofa and armchair, wall mounted TV with freeview and an electric fire. There is an occasional pull out in the lounge.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern kitchen which includes an integrated fridge-freezer, full sized cooker and microwave. The dining area comprises of a freestanding table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: 613 has three bedrooms - one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area, overhead storage, built in wardrobe and bed side cabinets. The twin rooms both have two single beds, a small fitted wardrobe, overhead storage, a bedside cabinet & radiator. 613 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The showroom is fitted with a double shower and sink; with mirror. There is a separate toilet, also with a hand basin and mirror.

HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms.

VERANDA: There is an enclosed veranda with patio furniture supplied.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
