DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 70 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The modern and spacious lounge is fitted with comfortable seating (includes an occasional pull out bed) and has a Flat screen TV, DVD and Free view player. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge (with small freezer box) and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus stools.

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms, one large double with room for a travel cot, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet. 
The twin bedroom has beds can be pushed together to form an additional double. The twin bedroom has small wardrobe. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. 70 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room has a double shower, toilet, wash basin and radiator. 70 benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom.

HEATING: Gas fire in the lounge and radiators in the bedrooms. 

VERANDA/GARDEN: Gated veranda with patio furniture & fenced garden area.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 5-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
