DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 81 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed corner seating, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, gas fire and coffee table. Occasional pull-out sofa bed is available for extra Guests. Maximum of 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, under counter fit, gas oven and grill. The dining area consists of a free standing table with fixed corner seating and 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: Spacious double bedroom with room for a travel cot, over bed storage, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet and hand basin. Please note: there is not a TV in the master bedroom.
The twin room includes 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom includes an en-suite with toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.

GARDEN: Fenced and gated garden. 

PARKING: Private parking space.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 1 to 2-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
