DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of A28 is happy to allow well trained dogs into the caravan. Please be advised that an additional charge applies for the dog.

LOUNGE: The open-plan lounge includes fixed corner seating, a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, and a coffee table. A sofa bed is available, allowing the caravan to accommodate up to 6 guests.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with standard utensils, microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA: A free-standing table with fixed corner seating and two stools completes the dining area.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom offers a good-size double bed, over-bed storage, space for a travel cot, a vanity area, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The twin bedrooms each include two single beds and a small fitted wardrobe. Duvets and pillows are supplied; linen for short breaks can be hired at an additional cost.

SHOWER ROOM: The main shower room features a shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin.

GARDEN: The property benefits from a fenced and gated enclosed garden.

VERANDA: A28 includes a veranda for additional outdoor space.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating throughout.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approximately an 8-minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING: All of Newman’s holiday homes are privately owned and smoking is strictly prohibited inside at all times. Any damage caused through smoking will incur an additional charge.
