DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well behaved dogs in the caravan. There is an additional charge which can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed L-shape seating, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fireplace. An occasional pull-out bed is available. D17 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. Free standing table, fixed seating and 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: Spacious double, over bed storage, fitted wardrobe, en-suite toilet and hand basin. The master room has space for a travel cot.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator plus an en-suite toilet and hand basin in the master bedroom.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.

VERANDA/GARDEN: Enclosed grassed area as well as front veranda.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
