FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Lodge for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: The well-designed open plan lounge area provides style and comfort with two free standing sofas and corner-styled armchair; flat screen smart TV, wi-fi access, two sets of patio doors that open out onto the large glass front veranda. Maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen benefits from separate hob situated on the island counter, oven and grill, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area includes free standing table, 6 upholstered chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is generously sized and includes a double bed, mounted-TV, wardrobe and room for a travel cot, full en-suite shower room, toilet and wash basin. The twin bedroom is complete with two single beds, fitted wardrobe, mounted-tv and bedside cabinet. There is a second double room that consists of a double bed, wardrobe and TV.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE BATHROOM: The master bedroom includes a full en-suite shower room and family bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: FW31 benefits from double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, meaning you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Full-size veranda complete with patio furniture.

PRIVATE PARKING: The lodge has its own private driveway.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note this unit does not permit pets at any time.
