FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Lodge for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.


LOUNGE: The well-designed open plan lounge area provides style and comfort with a freestanding L shaped sofa, wall-mounted flat screen smart TV, wi-fi access, patio doors that open out onto the large glass front veranda. FW34 can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen benefits from separate hob and oven/grill, integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and breakfast bar complete with sink and two stools for additional seating. The dining area includes a spacious free standing table and 4 chairs.


BEDROOMS: The master en-suite bedroom is generously sized and includes a double bed, wall-mounted TV, walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, full en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
The twin bedroom continues the luxury spacious feel of the 2-bedroom Lodge. Complete with single beds, wall-mounted TV, air-conditioning, fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.


BATHROOM & ENSUITE: The spacious family bathroom consists of a shower-over-bath, toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom includes a full en-suite bathroom with a double shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet and wash basin.


WIFI: Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost and maintained by a third party, therefore Newmans cannot guarantee its access, speeds and usage.


HEATING: FW34 benefits from double-glazing and central heating; with radiators and air-conditioning in all bedrooms, meaning you can holiday all season in comfort.


VERANDA: Full-size veranda complete with ample patio furniture.


PRIVATE PARKING: The lodge has a graveled drive, space for 2 vehicles.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note this unit does not permit pets at any time.
