FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Lodge for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: The well-designed open plan lounge area provides style and comfort with two free standing sofas, flat screen smart TV, wi-fi access and patio doors that open out onto the large glass front veranda. Maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen benefits from hob, oven and grill, integrated full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ,microwave, and breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area includes free standing table and 6 chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master en-suite bedroom is generously sized and includes a double bed, TV, wardrobe, vanity area full en-suite shower room, toilet and wash basin. The two twin bedrooms continue the luxury feel of the 3-bedroom Lodge. Each with two single beds, TVs, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. One of the twin rooms is large enough to accommodate a travel cot. M9 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The master bedroom includes a full en-suite shower room, toilet and wash basin. The family bathroom includes a bath with shower, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: M9 benefits from double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, meaning you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Full-size veranda complete with patio furniture.

ALLOCATED PARKING: The lodge has allocated parking.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
