Outdoor Splash Zone

The outdoor Splash Zone at Unity Beach is the perfect place for kids to cool off and enjoy hours of laughter in the sunshine. Bursting with fountains, sprays, tipping buckets and water play features, it’s a safe and exciting space designed for endless family fun. Little ones can splash, run and play while parents relax nearby and soak up the seaside atmosphere. With its colourful design and refreshing water action, the Splash Zone is a holiday highlight that keeps everyone smiling from morning to evening.

Indoor Swimming Pool

Unity Beach’s indoor swimming pool is the perfect spot for all-weather family fun. Whether the sun is shining or the rain rolls in, kids can splash, swim and play in a safe, heated environment. With plenty of space for confident swimmers and younger paddlers alike, it’s ideal for burning off energy and enjoying quality time together. Clean, bright and welcoming, the indoor pool offers a refreshing break from the beach and guarantees smiles whatever the weather.

Water Slides

The water slides at Unity Beach are a huge hit with families, adding extra excitement to every swim session. Kids will love zooming down the slides, splashing into the pool with big smiles and even bigger laughs. It’s the perfect mix of thrills and safe water fun, giving little adventurers a chance to enjoy their very own mini aqua park. Whether they’re racing friends or sliding again and again, the water slides guarantee endless entertainment and unforgettable holiday moments.

Sauna and Steam Room

After a great workout in the gym, guests can unwind in the relaxing sauna and steam room, the perfect way to soothe muscles and melt away stress. The sauna’s gentle heat and the steam room’s revitalising warmth offer a calming escape, helping you reset and recharge during your stay. Whether you’ve exercised hard or simply want a quiet moment of wellness, these facilities provide a peaceful retreat right beside the gym.

Brean Indoor & Outdoor Splash

Unity Beach offers year-round family water fun with its indoor Splash complex and seasonal outdoor Splash Zone. Indoors, enjoy a 25m heated pool, a warm baby pool, fun splash zone, and rainbow disco slides for under-16s. Changing rooms, a Splash Shop, lifeguards and regular family or inflatable sessions make swimming easy and enjoyable. Outdoors (open Whitsun to late August), little ones can enjoy the seaside-themed water play area and shallow pools, while bigger kids tackle the River Ride, Serpentine Slide and Turbo Drop. Sunbathing areas and all-slide access are included, though weather may affect opening times. Always check the timetable or call ahead for daily operation details.

Brean Gym

The purpose-built Gym is located on the first floor within Brean Splash This state of the art facility housed on a floor within Brean Splash features a large gym space with easy to use cardiovascular and weight stations with views overlooking the Mendips. It also features male and female gym exclusive changing rooms plus a sauna and steam room. Regular classes are available which are suitable for all abilities! Sessions for guests cost £4 (Please check prices at time of booking). Why not add a weekly pass to your booking and save even more! Admission rules apply. Users must be 16 years and over. If you own a holiday home on site, why not become a member and enjoy discounted membership between February - November.

The Indoor Waterpark features 4 areas;

25m heated six lane pool with the water heated to approx 28-30 degrees, and the constant depth of 1.12m ensures its toddler and small child-friendly.
Splash Zone fun pool has slides and interactive water features for children under 16’s. This is the place to head for some serious water fun.
Baby Pool 0.6m in depth and heated approx 30-32 degrees.
Indoor Rainbow Rings & Disco Waterslides. Choose your tune and sound effects whilst you ride the disco slide. Warning- flashing lights. 1.1m minimum height.

There’s more fun outside;

Seaside Water Play Area for under 12's. This consists of a 3x waterslide play structure within a shallow pool and an amazing tipping bucket.
Three super Water Slides including the River Ride, Serpentine Slide & Turbo Drop slides.

Open for selected periods from the end of May to the end of August.

The session length is 60 or 90 minutes. Admission prices vary from £5.00–£10.00 per person based on what features are operating.

For the safety of all guests, we operate an under 8’s policy.

One adult plus one child aged 0-3yrs

One adult plus 2 children aged 4-7yrs

The under 8’s policy is only relaxed during the morning family session which takes place in the 25m pool.

Children Under 12 Years Old

The minimum age that a child can come into the waterpark unaccompanied is 12 years old.

As long as there is an adult (18+) in the waterpark premises who is directly responsible for them, children of that party aged 8-11 may use the slides at the waterpark as long as they are accompanied by at least one adult around the waterpark.
