KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include a gas oven, gas hob, a integrated 60/40 fridge-freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from a spacious free-standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom comprises of a double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity area.
The twin rooms include two single beds and small fitted wardrobes, bedside table between the beds & tv with freeview.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. There is also an additional toilet & wash basin.
HEATING Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.
VERANDA The gated wrap-around veranda is accessible via steps leading from the drive, or via the French Doors leading from the lounge. Patio furniture is supplied.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Approx. 5 minute walk to main amenities. 20 minute walk to the beach.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON PET-FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
