LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates fixed seating and comes complete with TV & free view, electric fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, 60/40 integrated fridge-freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table & 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area, room for travel cot and an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

One twin room with two single beds with fitted small wardrobe and radiator. BB252 can cater 6 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

FAMILY SHOWER ROOM & ENSUITE: Shower cubical, washbasin, towel rail and toilet. There is also an en-suite toilet, towel rail & wash basin in the master bedroom. 

HEATING: BB252 has double glazing & central heating throughout.

PARKING: Allocated parking space.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Beverley Bay location is separate from the main amenities with an approx. 3 -4-minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
